From the moment you book, I’m here for you. Whether you need timeline advice, vendor recommendations, or just want to share wedding updates, don’t hesitate to reach out. I love staying connected and being a part of your journey!
As your wedding day approaches, I’ll send over a detailed questionnaire to gather vendor contacts, timeline details, and family photo combinations. We’ll also schedule a final meeting to walk through everything together, ensuring we’re completely aligned before your big day.
The moment you’ve been waiting for! Once your images are ready, you’ll receive a private online gallery where you can relive every heartfelt moment. I recommend setting aside a special evening—grab a glass of wine, play your wedding playlist, and soak it all in together, photo by photo.

From start to finish, we’re all about helping you feel comfortable, seen, and truly celebrated. Building trust with you ahead of time is everything to us—because when you feel at ease, the real magic unfolds.
Each associate photographer has trained alongside me, knows my approach inside and out, and captures moments with the same soulful, candid, and feeling-first lens. You’ll still get the warm, effortless imagery you love—documented with care and connection. All-inclusive Associate Team Packages are 5–10% off of standard pricing, making them a beautiful option for couples or families who want the Jackie Tran magic, but with a little more wiggle room.

All Your Questions, Answered
A link to the digital gallery where you will select your favorite edited photos (number limited based on the package that you book). Your favorites will be available for you to download digitally in high resolution and are print ready.
Retainer fees are good for one reschedule at photographer's discretion only.
An online gallery will be sent to you within 2 weeks of the session. You will usually receive a sneak peek from me via text within a day or 2 of your session.
I do basic color correction and adjust for lighting. If you wish for further editing, select photos will be outsourced to a photo editor at an extra cost to you.
There is a 50% non-refundable retainer due upon booking. Sessions do not go on my calendar until the fee is paid. Final payment is due 7 days before your session. No images will be edited until final payment is received.
Upon booking, I will send over a full outfit guide to help you select outfits & my tips on how to best coordinate outfits with the rest of your group!
